One-of-a-Kind Upcycled Bag Charms

Assembled by hand from discarded jewelry that has been pulled apart, curated, and rebuilt into something entirely new. Each charm tells a story made from pieces of dozens of other stories: vintage beads, reclaimed gemstone strands, freshwater pearls, glass, acrylic chain, and found objects that were too beautiful to throw away.

Every bag charm starts with a pile of discarded jewelry — necklaces, bracelets, and strands that are broken, outdated, or simply unwanted. Each piece gets taken apart by hand, and the beads get sorted and considered alongside hundreds of others. From there it's a slow process of building: figuring out which shapes, colors, and textures belong on the same strand, which combinations create rhythm rather than noise, and how four distinct strands can feel like they were always meant to hang together. There's no pattern to follow. Each charm is worked out intuitively, one bead at a time, until it feels right. Once it's made, it's made. That exact combination of materials will never exist again.
